If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations stated above, then the invalid stipulation will be deemed outdated by a valid stipulation that most closely matches the intent of the original stipulation and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in effect. Castle Advertising, Inc. (123RentAHome.com) does not render legal or professional advice to either its Renter or Lessor customers.
14. General. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada... You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Clark County, Nevada, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not adhere to all provisions of these terms and conditions presented by Castle Advertising, Inc.
15. Listing A Property. After listing a property in our database, if the listing has not been paid for within 72 hours the listing will be deleted from our database.
16. Corporate Late Fees And Cancellation Policy. If you have a corporate monthly account and you are late on your payment you will be charged a 75.00 late fee for the following month. All corporate monthly accounts must be paid in full by the 5th. of each month. If payment is not received by the 10th.of the month your entire account will deleted from our database and you will not be allowed to open another account. Any monies owed to Castle Advertising, Inc. will be sent the collections immediately. If you would like to cancel or change your corporate monthly account to a pay per property account you must call our office by the 25th. Of the month so we can change your account. If you change your monthly account to a pay per property account than the listings in your account are no longer any good and will need to be reactivated to pay per property. If your account has not been cancelled or changed before the 25th. Of the month than you are responsible for the $199.00 for that month. There are no exceptions.
17. Our Sales Policy. All sales are final, there are no refunds of any kind. There are no exceptions.
18. Termination. Castle Advertising, Inc. (123RentAHome.com) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from this Web Site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Web Site and/or any other service provided to you by the Company, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if the Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Web Site.
19. Review, Remove or Take. The Company reserves the right to review and remove, or take any other action with respect to user-submitted content and communications that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion. Castle Advertising, Inc. (123RentAHome.com) has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of any such actions. Castle Advertising, Inc. (123RentAHome.com) also reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating either the letter or the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or violating any applicable law or regulation.

35. Listings. Each listing is for one property, ads for multiple homes in one listing is not allowed.
36. Duplicate Listings. No duplicate listings, do not list a home twice!
37. Accurate Information. Your listing must reflect accurate information about the property.
38. Registration Information. Your registration must reflect accurate information.
39. Responding To E-mails. You must reply to any and all inquires by email within a reasonable amount of time.
40. Corporate Photos Corporate accounts must try there very best to ad pictures to there listings. Front views only are fine if you are not able to get inside photos. Please try to ad pictures this will help rent your properties allot faster and you will get a much better result!!
Please read our guidelines before advertising, if not followed your account, listing or listings will be deleted. All sales are final and if any policies, guidelines, or terms of use are broken your account and all listings will be deleted without a refund!
41. You May Not Solicit Business You may not Solicit Business. You may not Promote any products or services of any kind threw Castle Advertising, Inc. (123RentAHome.com). Advertisers may not be contact unless it is concerning the renting or managing of a property. Castle Advertising, Inc. reserves all rights and remedies available by law and equity for Willful Solicitation. Castle Adverting, Inc. will pursue all legal action against Willful Solicitation and seek all statutory damages and recover all lost profits as well as all profits you derived from soliciting business threw our company. Solicitation of any kind is forbidden. Actions that contravene these prohibitions will result in civil and or any criminal liability available by law.
42. You May Not Remove Images Or Text From This Site. Pictures and information may be downloaded and printed by individuals for locating and renting properties only! Images, pictures, photos and text of any kind may not be removed from this site. You may not remove any content from this site. Even with written or verbal permission from the advertiser. All content, images, pictures, photos and text on this site are owned by Castle Advertising, Inc. and may not be used for any other purpose except for purposes of viewing, locating or renting properties. Castle Advertising, Inc. reserves all rights and remedies available by law and equity and will pursue all legal action against such.
42. Security Actions Security Actions that contravene these prohibitions or that otherwise compromise the security of the Web Site or the Company's system or network may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate suspected compromises of its security, may take any action it deems necessary or appropriate in response to any contravention of these prohibitions or in response to security compromises, and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such compromises and/or violations.
43. Removing Listings It is your responsibility the advertiser to mark properties rented or sold and mark them deactivated in order for the database to remove your content from the publics view. All content must be up to date on all properties. You must mark properties rented or sold and deactivate them within two business days. If your listings are not up to date you will be charged $37.50 for each listing for every 45 days. Visitors do not come to our site to see properties that are not available.
44.View Source.You may not in anyway view our source. By right clicking or in any other way.
44. Uploading Multiple Listings. Advertisers may not in anyway find a way to enter or break into our site or database to upload multiple listings at a time. You are allowed to login to your account and add one property at a time. Castle Advertising, Inc. reserves all rights and remedies available by law and equity and will pursue all legal action against such.
