Your site is attractive, easy to surf and very well made! I posted an ad three days ago as I intend to rent a brand new Family home in Anthem Height Henderson that will be released this coming week. I was amazed at first with your service and your immediate personal gracious phone call and assistance as I was writing the ad.
I was even more amazed as I received my first response 1 hour after sending the ad! The lady on the phone told me she had previously applied for info to be sent to her mailbox and my add was automatically sent to her directly from your site! Just like that, at no extra cost! I have already received several responses, all very interested in my property. I have no doubt my house will be rented for December 1st!
With your service of automatically sorting and forwarding the ads to your prospect clients you make sure my add will be seen by interested people and this is a wonderful idea! Also, I was allowed to post detailed descriptions without limit of words as well as as many pictures as I wanted at no extra cost! As a Webmaster I know how much this is a problem for your site efficiency and I know how much of extra work this is for you!
Your price is absolutely fabulous as this ad would have cost me much more in any Newspaper with only ONE picture and for a single week, and with a much lesser impact I am sure. In a News Paper, readers would have to FIND my add and read it, in comparison with you sending it to them in their mail!
Moreover you called me to let me know my add will also be visible through Las Vegas Review Journal at no extra cost! You really do the extra step to make sure I am renting my property as fast as possible. Thank you for your hard work, your graciousness and rare professionalism there is no doubt your site will be a magnificent success!
